1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and pk80 ("pk80," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk80.bet.

1.2 By creating an account, accessing the pk80 platform, or making use of any service offered by pk80 — including sports betting, casino games, slot games, live casino, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The pk80 platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pk80 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the verified payment method on record.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction. pk80 does not warrant that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every location. Registering from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited does not relieve you of these Terms but may result in account suspension.

2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your pk80 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account with pk80. Attempts to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances or bonus winnings being forfeited.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). pk80 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by pk80's compliance team.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Personal Use. Your pk80 account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf, nor may you access or use another person's account.

3.2 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify pk80 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pk80 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.3 Account Funds. Funds held in your pk80 account are held on trust for you and are not pooled with pk80's operating funds. However, pk80 accounts are not bank accounts and do not accrue interest.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. pk80 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pk80 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets must be settled and any outstanding balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk80 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. pk80 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the pk80 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless you elect to transact via USDT TRC20, in which case the equivalent PKR value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit will be credited to your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a reasonable timeframe depending on your chosen payment method. pk80 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during normal operating conditions. Withdrawal timelines may be longer during periods of high volume, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

4.5 Withdrawal to Payment Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. pk80 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made via an alternative method where necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

4.6 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed on the cashier page within your pk80 account. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. pk80 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by pk80 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Welcome Bonus. The pk80 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. Players who have previously held a pk80 account under any name, address, payment method, or device are not eligible for the welcome bonus. pk80 reserves the right to verify eligibility and withhold the welcome bonus where abuse is suspected.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. pk80 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gaming. This includes, but is not limited to, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk to the player's own funds.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account without further notice or compensation.

5.6 Promotion Withdrawal. pk80 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering commitments already accepted by pk80 shall be honoured.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on pk80 are subject to acceptance by pk80. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen acknowledgement and the amount is deducted from your account balance. pk80 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.

6.2 Void Bets. pk80 reserves the right to declare any bet void in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, data feed failures, match abandonment, event cancellation, or evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your account.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and individual account.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or manifest pricing error, pk80 reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions. No claim shall arise from a technical malfunction that results in a displayed win that pk80 can reasonably demonstrate should not have occurred.

6.5 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets operate under additional rules specific to each sport, which are accessible within the relevant section of the pk80 platform. Decisions made by pk80's trading team regarding the settlement of live betting markets are final.

6.6 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games offered on pk80 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game information panel. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by pk80 or any external party.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk80 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where pk80 determines that a breach has occurred:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification;
• Opening multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent platform rules or claim multiple bonuses;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy that exploits promotional offers beyond their intended purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended platform behaviour for personal financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal activity through the pk80 platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk80 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

7.2 pk80 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any evidence of criminal activity on the platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the pk80 platform — including but not limited to the pk80 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk80 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk80 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of pk80's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The pk80 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk80 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk80 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profit.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk80's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by pk80's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.4 pk80 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond pk80's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or third-party service provider outages.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by pk80. pk80 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or for any other reason necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with regulatory requirements.

10.2 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination of your account by pk80 for breach of these Terms, any account balance, bonus funds, pending withdrawals, and unredeemed offers may be forfeited. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to you.

10.3 Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect after your account is closed, including but not limited to clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, disputes, and prohibited conduct.

11. Disputes & Complaints

11.1 Initial Contact. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your pk80 account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other matter, you should first contact pk80's customer support team by email at [email protected] or via the Live Chat facility available inside your account dashboard. Please provide your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

11.2 Response Timeframe. pk80 will endeavour to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex disputes may require additional time; in such cases, pk80 will keep you informed of progress.

11.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with pk80's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant authority under pk80's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable regulatory body and the escalation procedure are available from the pk80 support team upon request.

11.4 Bet Settlement Disputes. Any dispute relating to the settlement of a bet must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. The decision of pk80's trading team on all bet settlement matters is final and binding, subject only to the escalation process described in clause 11.3.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 pk80 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pk80 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the pk80 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
